Brandy Butter recipe

Brandy Butter ingredients list:

75 grams unsalted butter.
75 grams sieved icing or caster sugar.
2 tablespoons of brandy.

Instructions for Brandy Butter:

Mix and cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the brandy and stir until smooth.
